Extended reach customers - how far are you from the exchange?

Just wondering if any of you know how far you are from your exchange. I am about 7 miles and can't get ADSL. Anyone managed to get it that far or further?

Your best bet will be googling for MK trial people. I dont remember seeing anything like 7miles, but on the other hand, BT have literally removed all limits for 512kbit/s broadband.

to be honest these days its all about line quality rather than distance when talking about 512k
