wired router

Hi ppl,

I have BY 4mbit and a carp old belkin 4 port 100mbit router.

I have recently started playing world of warcraft, I have been experiencing disconnects in busy areas on WoW where the router dies. Same as if i run the steam games list.

Upon looking into this I have found its most likely down to the amount of connections the server is attempting. (most prob a poor explanation).

Anyways, im looking to splash out on a new router if it will eliminate these problems, any suggestions with a budget of say £100-150 max ?

Well, I just got the SAMR-4114 for just over £30. Look on the reviews on ebuyer. I'm fairly happy with it, and only the computer connected via USB has has ANY problems, but you'll be through ethernet anyway .

Nice feature set and not expensive at all, never had any problems with it but I did update the firmware the instant I got it.

thanks for suggestions, they are both adsl routers not sure if they work with cable.
