    Pipex mail problems?

Is anyone with Pipex xtreme ADSL?

Are you having problems with your mail?

My internet conncetivity is fine, but i cannot retrieve/send mail...looks like the mail servers are down, but the Pipex site reports no outages!

    Thanks
    Chez

Everything for me as well... I take it that you've had it up and running before? The format goes like this:

    Incoming: pop.dsl.pipex.com
    Outgoing: smtp.dsl.pipex.com
Username: ******%dsl.pipex.com (note the % sign, not @)
    Pass: whatever

Well, it seems to be a DNS issue...contacted Pipex support who gave me the IP address of pop.dsl.pipex.com and I can ping it by IP, but not by name.

I manually entered the DNS servers into my router, but still no joy!
