    That feels like your ip may have changed and the monitor has not been updated OR your gateway/router/firewall is blocking the icmp ping from the WAN.

    For me, they have been pretty spot on and the vDSL one matches what my isp provide (Andrews and Arnold - AA ISP)

    Not really, but within London, a few miles isn't going to make a lot of difference. Does the Hammersmith office have a bonkers connection then?
