    AOL, what todo?

I have my sister here who is on AOL. She was on dial up and has been paying for broadband for 6months but has never recieved any details through the post, no modem or paperwork.

She's just been on the phone and basicly was told to "f_________ off". She was speaking to the most senior person and we are both annoyed.

(I didn't advise her to go with AOL, she was on it for dialup and just upgraded cos of her email address for uni related stuff)

    What can we do?

    Need help urgently!

Lodge a complaint with the ISPA. URL is here: http://www.ispa.org.uk/

AOL is a participating member of ISPA.

I had to lodge a complaint against Pipex twice through them and on both occasions I got a prompt response after spending weeks on end trying to deal directly with the ISP.

If its billed via Credit card, make sure you raise it as a dispute with them too.
