Good as in reliable, reasonably PnP and with an amount of configurability.
You know my answer to this, Linksys WRT54G pre v4 and WW-DRT firmware. uPnP support, very configurable, and very hackable.
Not that I love my little black and blue boxes at all

Actually thinking on I'm gonna leave my wireless connection in DMZ with my current setup, I have a couple of spare IPs for 2 wireless connections in the house and keeping wireless apart from the LAN isn't such a bad idea
