    How about talking to the people in your street and see if any of them would be willing to share a connection and split the fees if you aren't looking to torrent the life out of the connection.

    yeah my short experience of them has been good so far

    my router came today from broadbandbuyer which was really quick considering citylink was invovled lol

    guess ive just gotta be patient and keep my fingers crossed

    To be honest... its an ATM connection from the PoP (point of presence) if thats what is oversubscribed you shouldnt be in for too much of a wait, however if the DSLAM is full they may wait for demand to increase before installing it. I would imagine upgrades will be held off as long as possible due to 21CN roll out.

    well good news folks ive recieved an email from idnet and my bb will be enabled on monday as bt have now sorted whatever the problem was at the exchange

    also they have told me to get in touch after the 31st to see what they can do about regrading for a higher speed
