I've had my Vigor for over 6 months now, and I've had two problems with it. Once was when I could not activate Port Throttling (which is worth it's weight in gold) and it turned out that I was using Firefox to control the feature, and I should have been using IE.
The other is that I have occassional drop out on my router when another PC boots up. It's quite random, but it winds me up a treat once a week when it does it.
Both times I went to drayteks web site, filled in the (quite detailed) problem form, with serial number and a concisely worded descrition of the trouble, and both times a tech called Charie has replied with helpful, usefull fixes.
This one was a case of me taking screen shots, and he just returned them to me with corrections for me to follow.
I cannot begin to explain how good it feels to have such support just an email away.
