    Network wont reconnect

Ive had this network setup since about September and have always had this problem, but since it didnt effect me directly i never bothered to do anything about it, but now it's starting to get annoying.

Anyway, we have a belkin "ADSL Modem with High Speed Wireless-G Router" and 2 computers each with belkin wireless network cards. One is upstairs and one downstairs so ill refer to them by those names from now on. As you know, if you right click the wireless network connection icon in the system tray you can disable it, obviously disconnecting the network. Now, on the upstairs PC, if i disable then go start > connect to > wireles network connection, it will connect, but on the downstairs PC if you go try to reconnect it says "Acquiring Network Address" and keeps saying that for about 3 minutes then says "Limited Or No Connectivity" with a little black exclamation mark inside a yellow triangle.

Does anyone know why it should do this? I mean the network does work, because if i leave it reconnecting then restart the pc, when the pc is on, it connects fine first time, its just if you try and reconnect without restaring first.

Any ideas then? thanks in advance,
    Chris.
