Have I exceeded my CAP limit?

I'm on BT Broadband, though I can't remember off the top of my head what package it is.
I have my username and password to hand though, and I was wondering if theres anywhere I can log in to check how much I have been downloading. I must download a Gb every couple of days, yet I've never been warned so far - I'm a bit worried it's suddenly going to appear on the bill as £93,215 of extra charges for exceeding my limit!

I def. do have a limit, by the way...

    Cheers,

    Jonny

Last time I checked, BT said that you have a limit, but they haven't put a system in place to check what you use yet. It was a while ago since I checked though, so they might have changed this. You can find what package you're on my logging into btinternet.com, and going to the my account page and it's in there somewhere.

I'm also pretty sure that you don't get charged for going over the limit. I'm sure I read that if you go over your quota, then they decrease your speed to something small, and then you can optionally pay something to get your regular speed back.

If you find that they are checking your limits though and there's something online saying how much you've used, let me know .
