Any one having Problems with Aquiss Connection???

I have been with them for about 2 weeks now and the speed is Great... when it works..

I'm getting allot of problems loading web pages up? I will try and load up Google or play.com and they will not always load...
so one minute the site will work fine and then it will come up this page can not be displayed and I will have to wait for about 1min-5min before the page will work.

At first i thought it was my router but i have tried a standard ADSL modem and it still happens

Any one else having any problems like this?

    Cheers for the help

No problems here - what DNS servers are you using? Is this just one one PC, or have you tried from another on your connection? Most importantly have you contacted Aquiss support? If not I strongly recommend you do so, and be prepared for a pleasant surprise.

I have called them and they said they will look into it but have not herd any thing... its not so bad at the mo, only had it about 3 time today... but my brother has it more often.... who connects to my router via WiFi.

like i said thought it was the router but it does it when i use the standard ADSL modem.

    Will see how it goes....

What do you think of Aquiss so far...

I think the Speed is Great, much faster than nildram... but lack in some areas like they don’t have a control panel for customers to edit there options like setting up e-mail and editing account details.... and worst thing is that they don't the ability to take roll over payment, so will pay for my internet manually each month....

They have told me they are looking into it and there control panel is in development but i thought this stuff was quite basic features from an ISP.... See how it goes but am very happy with the speed of my connection.
