If it's roughly every 15 minutes then might be microsoft wireless zero configuration service.
    Have you tried disabling it?
    Control Panel>Administrative Tools>Services>Wireless Zero Configuration

and that is true, if you try to cancel they try and offer you a cheaper deal.

Only if you are new customer!
If you have been with them from before January 6th it doesnt come into force.

BTW...Just rang them and said i wasnt happy with the service (lies).
The gave me my Platinum @ £20 per month (£10 discount) and gave me 3 months free

There something in a thread on this forum, about the new Fair usage policy. From the 1st february it involves all members who have been with them for along time........

I might have a go at getting platinum for a cheaper amount.

I have had it in writing (requested it) that the Fair Usage Policy only applies to new members.

If it didnt i would leave them.

Thats a ridiculous comment to make without backing it up.

Why would anyone want to stay away from them.

In the £40-60 range there is very little that comes close to it!
