    Yes, sometimes, breast milk is another alternative, if mum can't satisfy the baby.

    weirdly... that is exactly what my lad dcided when he was little.

    Aptimil gave him chronic wind, Cow and Gate did too.. and then SMA just worked

    And yes.. Breast is Best if there's enough of it and if the Expressing is doable.. but Dad's need to feed babies too and sometimes mum just needs sleep

    As a medical student on my rotation in neonatal care we tried all sorts apart from the real thing. The worst was the stuff for premature infants, it was something like slightly off single cream with a teaspoon of Thai fish sauce - poor blighters
