Widescreen?

My laptops widescreen but i'm still using a square one for main PC, My brothers got a 19" widescreen and i have tried to swap it for mine. But for some strange reason he just won't.

I just have 2 standard monitors instead - but will eventually move to 2 widescreens when I can afford it Not an immediate need though, 2 monitors gives you much more desktop real estate than a single widescreen..and more flexability

24" WS here too (portrait mode can be really handy too). Don't have the space for 2 monitors.

19" 'square' at work, and it's surprising just how restrictive it is.

22" Widescreen, and im not going back. WideScreen is the way, images and games look so much better. Plus the desktop space is amazing

13.3 Macbook and a 19" widescreen TFT.

Square screens just look weird now.

19" square and 32" WS TV - only 1360 x 768 but it doesn't matter since you have to sit so far back to see it!

got 2 * 17inch screens, look the business & could never go back to one screen.

20" Wide and 15" square.

I've had to setup all manor of laptops at work recently..and widescreen is so much nicer to use on them.. 12"
to 14" is now very usable..the later being prefect for pretty much anything

19" Widescreen is plenty for me at the moment. 1440x990 seems an odd resolution, but it works very well for displaying word documents in page reading mode.
