Ok: The first two parts arrived today, and here are some pics:

My BFG card had some slight tears in the anti-static bag as well, it was unused, It seems to be just the edges are a bit sharp, with a bit of moving around it wouldn't be too difficult for tears to happen.

I think it must have just jostled around in the bag a lot and the card tore it. The bag was unopened.

Ok, I've got the water loop assembled.

I had one leak on the graphics card, but I tightened everything down and added some more ptfe tape, and now everything seems leak tight.

Testing for 24h just to make sure.

PTFE tape on the graphics card?

Those barbs come with an O-ring, you dont need PTFE tape

The tape will stop the o-ring from sealing...you dont need tape
