I've read the corsair's are great and I have an Enermax myself (Not the Inifiniti though) and can vouch for Enermax quality.

I think either of those (Infiniti & corsair) will be fine, whichever fits your budget really.

They are both quality products, just avoid the usual suspects (no name brands/cheapies)

No need for excuses, I was just curious. I left out that things better be turned off before using water on them, since I kinda thought that was a bit obvious. And if it's not obvious, it becomes so after the first time....

Personally I give my keyboard a good going over every couple of months with soap and water in the kitchen sink, since it tends to receive it's share of tea, beer or whatnot from time to time. After 6 or 7 washes, it's still as good as new, not to mention as clean as new.

Which Enermax Power Supply would you guys recommend for my Needs?

Enermax Galaxy DXX EGX850EWL (850 watts)

    Enermax Galaxy EGA850EWL (850 watts)

Enermax Infiniti 720W (Nvidia SLi Certified, Which I don't tend to do) (720 watts)

Infiniti is much cheaper, and better value.

The Galaxy PSU is a fantastic PSU, but it is huge, and can cause problems in some cases.

    Its also quite loud.

The difference between the 2 galaxy PSUs is that the DXX is the gaming version aparently, and can support up to 5 graphics cards , and has the 8 pin pcie 2 connectors.

I severely doubt you'd actually need the power of the Galaxy. It's good for what it actually does, i.e. if you need 1000 watts of power. But comes at many costs, admittedly if you run pc's that use 1000watts you'd probably not care about noise or efficiency.

I myself just bought a Seasonic S12 430w, which is good for me.

The Corsair's are made by Seasonic for them and are pretty good, high efficiency, low noise, good components.

What's the efficiency of the Enermax like?
edit: my bad read the review, seems alright. Would wait on spcr to review it first though

Like I said, I am using CM Stacker 830 and I plan to use Quad Core CPU and NO SLI Graphic Setup. Just one Graphic Card. I do have 7 LED Fans on the Stacker and So other Add-ons

keyboards come up like new in the disk washer, but i think there some preparation you have to do first iirc

I think perhaps I'll draw the line just before the dish washer.... :-) Thanks for the tip though, I might test it on an old one. As far as preparation goes, I think leaving out the soap would be sensible, since it'll bugger any aluminium that's present and maybe other metals too. Dish washer soap is just a tad stronger than the ordinary stuff....

Perhaps you should send it to the dry cleaners?

Now there's a thought.... A bit expensive though, isn't it? It'd have to be in a right state before that I think. Good to have the option though of course. :-)
