Lo all,
After having a play with my shuttle, I want to replace the fan on the ICE unit t for a quieter one, maybe one with LED's?
IT was once quiet, but now it's not!
Or could it be the GFX Card ? (Gainward Ti4800).
How can I replace the fan in that to make my machine ultra quiet?
Also, where can I lay my hands on one?

Get a Noiseblocker fan.

Do Noiseblockers have led's?......I think in the fan world there are quiet fans and there are bling bling fans and they tend not to meet.
Get an S3....they run 14-26 dB/A and flow plenty of air.
Another vote for an S3 noiseblocker
Where can I lay my hands on one?
And what size would I need?
