Just like no Quad gt owners can open tat without it giving an error message.

Oh found why I was getting sucky fps, had it set to 8xAF and 16QxAA, changed it to 16xAF and 8QxAA, and Im getting a constant 100fps and 70~80 when the bombs drop.(and I cant tell the difference apart from it playing smoother.)

    What mobo's that on mate?
Ive not come across any utility that can talk directly to the uGuru chip apart from the software Abit makes. Are you sure that they are *exactly* the same?

I'll give it a whirl next week

Motherboard is a Quad gt, software is lavalys everest (need a key to access all info), and I find it updates quicker than uGuru and the CPU core temps are the same as coretemp, unlike uGuru which just takes the overall core temp.

I always found it to be extremely accurate.

Yes, unfortunately Flight Sim X brings my PC to its knees. (8800GTX, 2gig fast ram, E6600, well maintained winxp etc..). There are other games too. I used to play an online game called Vanguard: Saga of Heroes, which had very advanced graphics. The game lacked some optimisation, but still, it was a very advanced game graphically. Usually I did ok, but sometimes my FPS would drop into the single digits. There are a couple of other games too I think. And then in the coming months (and year), there are going to be a lot of games which really push even the latest modern hardware.
