    P5N32 Bios Issues

    Hi Guys,
    I have a P5N32 SLI SE Deluxe
I had one, which I had all the options to overlcock in the bios, then it was sent back to scan for a repair and they sent it back with the same board but I dont think the bios is the same. I cant find the places where I overclocked certian things, ie I cant find where to change the CPU clock freq or the pci clock sync.
I thought a bios update might fix it so I went over to asus, chose my model from the drop down and grabbed the latest version, but no joy, I got the following error: 'it is wrong source file, maybe system was not new award bios' I tied awdflash and afudos, both no luck.
I went back into my bios, which im sure used to say phoenix, and I now noticed it says american megatrends.
I used cpuz to identify my board and it says the following: BRAND: American Megatrends, V 0401
    Manu facturer ASUSTek Computer INC
    Model: P5N32-SLI-SE-Deluxe

...so, does anyone know where these options are, and/or which bios and how should upgrade to.

I found a post by Lee23 who has the exact same pc as me from scan, although his board is different, so I wanted to use his overclock settings suggested by pete the painter but I couldnt find where to change the following in my bios:

    Dram: 825Mhz

    Ras to Cas: 6

    Dram TRFC: 30

    Overclock Profile: Manual

    CPU clock frequency: 275

    PCI Clock Synchronization: 33.33mhz

    Thaniks in advance

Just had a quick read around and if it doesn't have the same sort of options as this then I would say you'll have to get in touch with scan.

the page before suggests you are quite right and that it should come with a phoenix bios.. have they changed the chip or given you the wrong board?
