and theres an akasa one too, although thats second with the antecs tagans and coolermasters. the ocz gamexstream is one mighty efficient psu from the reviews i read on it.
i used to skimp out on psu's too, one went pop and one albeit rated at 500w couldn't run my 6600gt agp card from bfg which asked for a 400w psu rating. i checked the 12v rail ampage and it was 16a, i switched to another psu which was 17a on the 12v rail and it booted. now i never skimp out on them.

when i first joined this forum there was some discussion on the hipers psu quality. majority weren't so sure about it after other users stories told of them blowing up. well not literally but you know what i mean

yea OcUK shipping is next day delivery most of the time and its like a tenner or something. it'd be good value for the psu if a majority of your components were from there. you could get part from scan / part from ocuk. use the scan free shipping thingy as well and then it would justify the cost of the ocuk delivery
