    Waterproof Bag/Backpack for 13.3" Laptop (Dell M1330)

    Hello fellow Hexites,

I've been looking around for a rucksack that I can use to chuck my laptop in, so I can cart it off to university each day on my bicycle.
The problem at the moment with taking it in a normal backpack is the weather...I'm having to put the thing in 2 carrier bags first to stop it getting soaked through.

Therefore, I'm looking for a laptop backpack. Things that are fairly important to me:

    >Fits the laptop (or ideally the laptop in its sleeve) fairly well (so 13.3" - 14" I suppose)

    >Waterproof!

It would also be nice if it could fit in at least a ring binder or 2, so I can take my notes along as well.
In an ideal world, it would be nice if this compartment could also be waterproof, but this is not essential.

I am appealing to anyone who can find such a bag, or knows a retailer who might offer such a contraption.

Thanks for all your help everyone,
    Best regards

I think the Hexus guys use Pakuma bags, and afaik they have been pretty happy with them. No idea whether they've subjected them to England's finest weather systems, but might be a good place to start. I think they are available from Scan too...

I personally just use a Targus messenger style case, that seems to keep the worst off, but doesn't guarantee its waterproof, so may not be as good for the uses you need.

Thanks Dave, I'll look at them.
Waterproof isn't entirely essential, but something that's at least water resistant is a necessity.
The bag that I'm currently carrying the laptop in is absolutely terrible...all my notes and books seem to get sodden by the time I reach the university, so I have absolutely no faith in putting a laptop in there!
