Looking for a nice 5.25" bay LCD or VFD display, ideas?

    Hey all,

Just as the title suggests really, I'd like to get one of those 5.25" bay-mountable VFD or LCD displays like you see on media center machines. It needs to be available in silver, look cool, support a Media Center IR remote and be able to show stuff like media playing info and the like. I already have an XP media center remote control and external USB receiver so if possible I'd like to be able to use the remote with the new device and junk the external receiver as it's ugly and uses a valuable USB port on my machine.

I'm aware that iMon and the like do them, I might get one of those if anyone can confirm it works with other remotes like mine, just wondered if anyone knows of any others that fit the bill...

    Cheers in advance

There's this one Silverstone SST-MFP51S but it's not cheap.

Hmm, that looks like the sort of thing I'm after... I don't mind paying a little more for something good quality and pretty

I'll leave it until mid-week before ordering anything so if anyone has any other suggestions I'd still like to hear them.

    Cheers

I thought I'd seen these somewhere...
KustomPCs.co.uk - Matrix Orbital GX Typhoon Inverse Blue
KustomPCs.co.uk - Matrix Orbital GX Typhoon TriColour
They look even better than the Silverstone one!

Edit - I just remembered you needed them in silver. Still, they're an option.
