    I can recommend the Arctic Freezer 7 Pro if youre still looking at it for your setup. I have my E2140 overclocked to 2.664ghz with it and idle temps are 29-30 and load temps are around 47 but occasionally push up to 49-50. Those figures are using Prime95 for testing.

    Blitzen - your load temps for the 6400 are really good, would I get that much extra performance from a Scythe Mine over the Freezer Pro? What stress software are you using?
