Ok which one of these PSUs do you guys recommend:
Enermax 431w Super Silent series
Antec TruePower 480w
Thermaltake 480W BUTTERFLY
Levicom XAlien Visible power 500W
or perhaps another thats no on the list but these are all in my price range, well actually they're a little too expensive but if there's no other choice...

i would go for the antec truepower psu m8 top quality stuff closely followed by the enermax either would be a good buy

Does anyone know if the truepower 480w is the same as the trueblue 480w with the exception of blue led fans?
Also I'm thinking about the volcano 12 extreme HSF for cooling, any good?

For the cooler, I've got the Coolermaster Aero 7 Lite. Its a very tight fit, and although it looks great and it is pretty quiet, my CPU temp is now 55C idle with a Barton 2500+ at stock speed which is shocking considering my old cheap cooler kept it at about 46C. Don't know how much better the Aero 7+ is since its all copper, some people say they are great, some people don't think they're worth it. They are reasonably quiet, but when I turn mine on to full speed, which is really noisy, it only drops by about 3C.
