Hows this RAM?
Computer hardware and software at amazing prices, available online from Scan Computers UK
Ram-details is a section of a PC I've never really thought about... seem ok though, right?
I'm after 4GB DDR2 PC6400 800Mhz (2x2GB)

I wouldnt pay £65 for that RAM.
Corsair RAM is nothing special tbh and certainly no better than OCZ/Geil/G-Skill/Crucial.
As much as i depise shooping with OCUK, they have the best deals around on memory.
This: GeIL 4GB (2x2GB) PC2-6400C5 800MHz Black Dragon DDR2 Dual Channel Kit (GB24GB6400C5DC)
or this: OCZ 4GB (2x2GB) PC2-6400C5 Dual Channel Vista Gold Series DDR2 (OCZ2G8004GK)
or this: G.Skill 4GB DDR2 PQ PC2-6400C5 (2x2GB) CAS5 Dual Channel Kit (F2-6400CL5D-4GBPQ)
is far better value.
IIRC, Corsair doesnt overclock that great either.
just make sure your motherboard can handle 2gb chips and at that frequency, i'm asuming its for the one in your system specs. Also you need a 64bit windows to be able to see and use that memory (see countless millions of other threads for explanation).
You don't need a 64 bit OS to use it you just need a 64bit OS to use the last 0.75GB of it.
A 32bit OS will run fine with 4GB of memory installed just will only allow the use of ~3.25GB of it.
These, fast, fast, fast:
G.Skill 4GB DDR2 PQ PC2-8000C5 (2x2GB) CAS5 Dual Channel Kit (F2-8000CL5D-4GBPQ)
sorry!
