And no problems using an Nvidia card with an AMD chipset?

There shouldn't be any differences at all if using just the single card.
You won't be able to do SLI though, which I don't think will matter considering you were going to go for an IGP.

Yea, i was going to go for an IGP but would rather a dedicated card. Plus i don't like the idea of sharing the memory!
