I would give that Corsair a swerve as its:
a). Too expensive for what it is.
b). Not that amazing anyway.
c) You wont fully utilize it
d) There is 2x2gb of PC6400 memory elsewhere that will do the job as good if not better for half that price.

Everything else looks good though.

To be honest you could probably get far better gaming performance for similar money if you went for a Q6600, a 750i/680i mobo and got two of those 8800GTS cards.

I've no experience of nvidia motherboards though, and I'm not sure if you're planning to overclock...
