    Low profile sata cables

Just put an 8800gts in my pc and the card gets in the way of my sata ports. I can use the l-shape sata ports but even the l-shape ones get in the way of the connectors behind it. Are there any ultra low profile cables i can use. I have a p5k premium btw.

Another look on google shows the 270 degree sata cables which look like they would do the job too!

    Re: Low profile sata cables

the angled, but i know that there isnt enough clearance, try poking a normal sata cable in the gap just like wedge it in

    Re: Low profile sata cables

    i have a p5k-e
    i have the BFG 8800GTS
i use 2 right angle sata cables

you will only have 4 sata ports availble though, 2 are either blocked by the cables or by the cards

i'll post a pic if you want me too

Do you know the height of the right-angled connector by any chance mate?
