    Dell Vostro 200 Uk

    Can someone please advise me on which memory will work with my dell vostro 200 as i have only 667mhz ram but i would like to be able to use a low latency fast 800mhz ram with this pc?

    I doubt you would see an improvement if you did that but anny DD2 should do the job. Not being able to overclock pretty much removes the need for you to use PC6400.

    So i would not see any improvment? Does it have to be 1.8volts?

    Unless the dell bios allows you to change the volts, yeah. Any PC6400 will default to 1.8v and 5-5-5-18 timings. If the bios won't let you change those things (which im pretty sure it doesn't) then it would be wasted anyway.

    Well i have a program which can change latencys but i guess i need to buy 800mhz as 667mhz is slow
