I have that exact case in Rhythmic green. Personally I found it quite hard on my Soltek 75FRN to get everything working. i got the USB ports working but audio and firewire no chance!
But witht the same case but in Silver (my brothers) I used the MSI k7N2-L Delta board and I got the USB and Headphones working but NOT the Mic and the Firewire... oh and the MSI board didnt support the Superflowers 'Blue LED Power button' as it is 3 pins on the case side and MoBo has only room for a 2 pin power-LED.
So the short answer is, depends on the motherboard but it is basically where all the LED and PC SPeaker plugs go etc usually on the bottom of the motherboard 9check your MoBo manual).
Hope that helps
i got MSI 6382, its old and cant find a info. on the net. i will post a clear image of it 2morow. the mob came with a complete system from pcworld, no manuals

that your motherboard? just downloading the manuals now, not sure why they're in .exe format atm
mark
edit:
the version1, you want the 2nd page, that has the pin outs of the usb and the audio headers on the motherboard,
the version2, this is colour, and is the whole manual, hence thats why its bigger , might be worth downloading that and printing the useful bits off..
hope that helped
