Depends on your case I guess. Certainly makes a difference in smaller cases.

There is quite a price premium for a modular PSU, but having used one, I find ththat the flexibility they offer, in that you only need to plug in peripheral cables that you need, is worthwhile. However if the design of ypur PC is such that you use all or most of the connectors on a non-modular PSU, then it probably isn't worth buying one.

My broadband speed - 750 Meganibbles/minute
think i will get a modular PSU then as i wont be using most of the connectors and its only £13 more for the modular version of the 625W Enermax than the unmodular one. thanks

what is the difference between Computer hardware and software at amazing prices, available online from Scan Computers UK and Computer hardware and software at amazing prices, available online from Scan Computers UK ? thanks
ones retail, ones OEM
edit:dang it beaten
I think that they pretty much admitted that it was a cockup at the factory as the fan clips at least were obviously meant to be included in the bundle & certainly several people have reported success in getting them sent to them.
I would be very surprised if it happened again.
Nothing wrong with the price imo - it's been 1 of the cheaper X38s.
they have a freephone no. from the UK, that's better than many companies with UK offices.Couple that with the fact they have deserted the UK (despite what they tell you),.
abit do a x1 PCI-E wifi card (AirPace) that's about £11 usually - an IP35 plus that still comes in cheaper than the P5K that you linked.
Buff .....
It was one of the cheaper ones because all of the xtras that you were supposed to get, they didnt bother including and make you chase them yourself. THis makes it, in my eyes, rubbish service.
Im not knocking the board, im very happy with it.
Just a shame that instead of going the 'extra mile' like many companies do, they just didnt bother.
Its a cheaper x38, i agree, but £150 is still an expensive board.
I know you will defend them to the hilt but you cannot deny this is a POOR package.
