    Antec 900 case

    hi - hello

    Ref the large 200mm fan at the top of the case - should this run all the tim or only kick in at certain temperatures ??

    It runs all the time at either Low - Med - High speeds, which you set yourself via a switch

    Which you really can't hear when set to 'low'. Even at 'high' it's just about audable when the system is idle.

    it sure is, sort of. the 1200 one looks different but specs are the same and it moves a massive cfm at high so recommended to leave it on high if you use. Inaudible to me sitting at my desk.

    cheers - yes thats what I thought - I know the switch you are talking about and its set on low - very bleedin low as it doesnt move !!

    had to check as i aint too technically minded - getting old now
