Just had a quick play around and came up with this, Any spot and glaring flaws? (Yes I know some are Pre-Order )

1. AC freezers are not brilliant... whiney, and hot. you have enough monies left over to go for a scythe or similar
2. wait and see on the HD4XXX cards, if nothing else they will bump the price of the nvidia's down

Case- good choice. Maybe consider the Antec 1200 if you need something bigger or the Antec 300 if you need something smaller and also cheaper. For me, I find the Antec 900 pretty big and that the Antec 300 would be perfect for my needs but it depends on what you're used to.
CPU - Why not get the Q6600? It's £10ish more expensive and is a more future-proof option. It can easily be overclocked to 3.0GHz without changing any voltages
HDD- I usually stick with western digital's as they're quieter and have a better reputation for not "going wrong" than the samsung harddrives
HSF - Arctics don't perform that well; personally I'd go for the Scythe Mine at a similar price. If you want to spend more, have a look at the Scythe Ninja or TRUE
RAM- if you're planning on overclocking I'd have a look at PC-8500. They're only £20ish more expensive and they're a more future-proof option.
Optical Drive - You do release that the optical drive is silver when the Antec 900 is black? It would look better if you purchased a black optical drive.
PSU - A Corsair HX520w is cheaper and will power than system. If you want more room to upgrade in the future, I'd get the Corsair HX620w over the Coolermaster psu. I've heard the enermax psus are also pretty good and similar prices to the Corsairs
GPU - Wait for the ati cards to be released before you by the nVidia card.
Mobo - A P35 board is a good choice and so is the Abit - great board. But have a look at the Gigabyte GA-P35-DS3L. Similar high quality as the Abit but slightly cheaper.

Btw, are you planning on getting an OS? Vista? XP? Ubuntu?

Thanks for the info guys.
As for OS, I'll be running Vista.
I think we (western digital fan boi's) may have to conceed to samsung on noise. Although there is next to nothing in it, I believe the samsungs are quieter and a little faster. That said I'd still only buy western digital because they have still never let me down.
That said I would up it to the 640GB version of either WD or Samsung as they are the newer, faster and quieter drives and only a few quid more.
Then I think it's pretty much all been said,
Q6600 and scythe mine or ninja. I have the freezer and the fan is either in annoying mode or not working enough to give decent temps.
I'd actually change the case to a coolermaster CM-690 but its all much of a muchness really. The coolermaster just has a slightly better fan arrangement imo and better cable management.
Corsair PSU over coolermaster every time. Or the enermax modu82+ if you want the most up to date PSU.
And wait on the graphics card
Id get the true 120 or a scythe over the ac 7 simply because if your fan bearings ever go or whatever!! You can change the fan on the others, the ac 7 needs a special fan with clips and stuff and it can get messy lol
