    No it doesn't. rtorrent is the best commandline torrent client, I use torrentflux as an additional WebUI example as it is the best web interface for managing torrents, even if it's torrent client is sucky. The good news is rtorrent now has an XML-RPC interface. But anyway, this is getting OT.
