Antec 300 side panel

Hi guys, I'm thinking of modding my Antec 300 when i get it when I get off holiday in August, first thing. I'm looking to put a window in it but I need to know the dimensions of it and a to scale picture/diagram of it to measure out the perspex i need to order. It'll be going around the fan area so it needs to have that shown on the diagram/picture.

Also also, where do I get the rubber rim for the edging of the cut out bit?

Does anyone have a picture of the side of their Antec 300 case thats square and straight on so I can lift a guesstimate off it?
