    this sucks, i love abit mainbords , just realy hated msi, dont know why each time i got one, i'v had to flash it with a new bios for one reasion or another

    universal abit make a wide range of things.. just under different names... IIRC Abit make the isotope cases that scan stock...

    what we see as Abit is just a small sector of the main company... (even if it does have a prime dominance over their website )

    Dang, bought an Abit board from Scan a few months back for a mATX E8400 system. First time I'd bought an Abit board since a BE6 for my Pentium III 450 (I think!) and couldn't believe the overclocking and tweaking options for a mATX board. Add in a load of onboard goodies and bargain price and I couldn't believe the quality and value.

    Ah well, at least there are plenty of other horses in the motherboard race to keep the competition and quality high. You build PCs long enough you get used to the ebb and flow of hardware corporations.
