2 hard drives - what to use which for?

Hi

I've just got a 320GB WD3200AAKS (single platter) and also have a 250GB WD2500KS.

I'm after some advice about what to put on each -

I was thinking:
Vista and Programs on the 320GB single platter
Data on the older 250GB drive

Or would it be best to have have programs on a different drive to Vista?

thanks mate - just wanted some confirmation before the rigmarole of formatting a drive

Use the larger one as a clone of the smaller one, and use the extra as temporary storage, the contents of which it wouldn't matter if it were lost.
