How many HDDs on a corsair HX 520?

Just a quick question, I have a server PC based on a stacker - so it has plenty of drive slots. There's currently 7 disks in there at the moment and I need to add a few more in the near future. How many I could safely run on this PSU whilst maintaining stability?

It has 4 SATA Ports, the 620w version has 8

Although you could run some more with adaptors, I'm not certain

I wouldn't like to say a number but I would say at least the number of sata powers + molex powers it provides

I think you will run out places to put HDD (even in a stacker) before you stress the PSU.

HDD's are not power hungry; typically <10W

I think it will also be hugely influenced by what else in the system (as that is what WILL draw lots of power and stress the PSU)

Thanks for the replies, I've done some reading around and it seems the biggest power draw from a drive is on boot-up, quotes I've seen are around 20-25W on average. So even with 7 disks this would only require around 175W. The rest of the system is fairly low spec being a server, e2180 PCI graphics and a couple of fans etc I'd hazard this would take no more than 150W at boot. So it looks like I should be good for a few more disks...
