I don't see much need to go for a P45 board to be honest, that P5QL-E should run at 400Mhz as it supports that FSB natively, that would be enough to run the E5200 @ 5Ghz if you could cool it.
It has eSATA and PCI-E 2.0 which you said you wanted, eSATA does come in handy as well if you have a desire to run external storage.
The plus side of going with Asus board would be the extra years warranty over the Gigabyte which is always a positive for me.
