    Re: Cable tidying....

    I use velcro cable tidy

    http://www.maplin.co.uk/module.aspx?...=27489&doy=9m2

But to be honest this is why a modular PSU is a must!

Ya, especially when you get to those big jumbo PSU's, I think anyone would struggle to hide those cables even in a large case.

    Re: Cable tidying....

I think my main issue is the big 24pin mobo power connector, how do you hide that beast? Got loads of fan cables coming from the rear of case straight to the front fan controller, could shove them behind mobo tray perhaps.

    Re: Cable tidying....

^ I recommend dirlling some holes and then routing the cables round the back of the mobo tray, i intend to do it myself soon, messy cable are annoying

    Re: Cable tidying....

Goodness... that cable management makes me real sad at the sight of my casing.

Also, I'm always weary of bending the cables too much in case they break off or something

There's no cable ties in there anymore, other than the one at the bottom of my case which comes with it.

There's no particular art to it, as has been said, a health dose of OCD, mixed with a liberal amount of boredem and a couple of hours work should see it looking nice.

Work out the minimum number of cables you need and find a reasonably hidden path from the PSU to where it plugs in.

    Re: Cable tidying....

The bending is actually fairly loose as far as bending has gone in the past lol

I don't mind too much, if I break it I have an excuse to make that system nice and silent
