You should always get a good psu!

Then get the Silverstone 350w off Scan for a few quid more. Alternatively one of the budget 350w or 400w FSP units would be OK too.

I am quite aware of this as I use a HX520W in a backup computer and I have a higher end FSP unit in my Shuttle. However since the budget is only around £200 you cannot spend £40 upwards on a PSU - it would just be a waste of money for a system that has such low power draw.
