OC Advice Please

Im new to overclocking and i've read the C2D guide for beginners, but it doesnt mention the 45nm Intel chips (ive got an E8200), i was wondering if this makes any difference to the steps in the guide.
Any further advice on OC'ing this would be greatly appreciated too.

Specs:
Intel E8200 C2D @ 2.66GHz
4Gb Corsair 800MHz DDR2
Asus P5N-T Deluxe
Sapphire ATI HD4870
Samsung 500Gb 7200rpm HDD

I should think it is all basically the same, if they give you specific voltages for CPUs I wouldnt jump them up so fast, but i suspect it just tells you to increase slowly, and if you do then you should be fine.
