    Re: Upgrade

That should be fine, its a good brand, and has pleanty of power. Its not the wats which are important, but the quality and reliability of them, and that PSU provides clean power

    Re: Upgrade

Overclockers doesn't say anything about the cables that come with the card but a few sites on the net mention it coming with a 8 pin adapter

    Re: Upgrade

Most stuff will come with molex to PCIe adaptor, but from memory doesnt that card need a 6pin and 8pin connection? Cheapest one on OCuK is the Asus... and there site just says 1x Power cable.. http://uk.asus.com/products.aspx?mod...=6&l3=721&l4=0 Assume that'll be 8pin adaptor as not everyone has 8pin PCIe, just like yourself and Asus are being nice and helping you out, infact 99% sure all manufactures throw such a basic thing in the box. But what is it they say about assumption being the mother of all... something, can't remember at the moment If in doubt check the manufactures UK site for confirmation of the bundle me says.

    Re: Upgrade

Hmmm your right.. Well still can't see any reason why the UK bundle would be missing such a basic item. Plus had a glance and 6th Review down on OCUK says (is a bit out of date mind Sep 08)...

Comes suplied with 8 pin to x2 6 pin and 8 pin with x2 molex, HMDI converter and DVI. Terrible game shipped free with it as well - Never Winter Nights 2.

    http://www.overclockers.co.uk/showpr...-143-LT&tool=3
Sure it'll have it in the box. OCUK don't seem to sell them seperatly, so can't stick one on to cover yourself which is anoying, but if it is missing, I'll buy ya one

psst.. Theres a thread in bargains about OCUK and these cards. http://forums.hexus.net/current-barg...ble-230-a.html
