What shall i do with it?

Bought second hand i received it and it was faulty, well damaged actually, rejected from rma

Board gets power, all lights on, fans spin, graphics card fan spins, no post or display on screen

One corner by the screw hole is bent looks like the previous owner yanked it out of case without fully undoing screw propelly

it has tri SLI or something right? try all 3??

Try clearing the CMOS, i cant explain why but this sometimes has sometimes happened to my motherboard if i had tinkered with them just that little bit too much... and back with my A8N32-SLI it just happened for the sake of it :/

What are the rest of the components your using with the motherboard?

trid all three, reset cmos numerous times, taken battery out and left for days tried all sorts

Asus apparently sent it back from RMA which took over 2 months with a sticker saying customer induced damage or something.

Im just waiting for it to be sent back to me by the guy i bought it off

in theory yes, but how can you prove it when and who broke it! obviously i know it wasnt me! but how can it be proven

u got scammed m8, and if the rma was b4 your purchase date you should get your money back if you used paypal ?

i paid via paypal but sent the money as a gift so i cannot dispute.

on arrival of the board i informed him it was broken so he set up an rma which cost me a further £16 and it has now arrived back to him without reapair/replacement.

sorry, but it looks like you got ripped off, thats why i always test second hand (but expensive) eletricals. maybe get his address? has he lost contact with you?

paypal gift as then there are no fees to be paid, well the board was working this can be porved through some of the threads he posted about it on another forum.

No not got his address, got his email though and he hasnt gotten back to me from the last email i sent
