I upgraded to an nforce2 board recently and its pretty sweet. I've brought my Sonic Fury into work as the onboard sound was destroying earphones. One thing I do miss at home is the SF's ability to out put 2speaker on any output or the versa jack. The work around for the Nforce2 (a soltek eq3702) is to use the front line in set as rear output in the control panel in 4 speaker mode and manually switch on 2 speaker sound in games, with my hifi switched off (front speakers)

am stilling using my 2yr old sonicfury

used it over the onboard i my nforce 2 epox 8rda and its currently in my new shuttle sn85 as i cant get the onboard mic input to work :/

the only problems ive had with my sonicfury is in the colin mcrae 4 demo and vice city.. where the sound seems to go really quiet.. and then at random times come back again

but if your just listening to music then imho theres no point spending £80 on a audigy 2 zs

I am using the nforce2 soundstorm as well and that has replaced the audigy that was in my system.

I'm currently in the process of getting the Audigy 2 ZS THX card as this is supposed to be the "dogs danglies" but I am a bit wary, mainly due to the issues in the past creative had with drivers and software issues when XP first came out.

I believe Tekheads sell oem SFs in their bargain section for sub £20 probebly the best value sound card I can think of.
