I think it will be a complete and utter nightmare for the first few months, as people are set in there ways. However, I think once we all get used to it, it'll be for the better.
I would think so too, I think it's a case of spend now, and save [time/manpower] later.
Everyone knows here that they don't take ANY senstive data home, and this applies to every one. Not only just to the people at the bottom of the ladder, but to managers, senior managers, and directors.
Good luck with that, people like laptops much more than the old dusty desktop machine.
