This is a student house so afaik it only has one phone line. We are only here for another 3 months so getting a new contract would be expensive (1 month contract service) and more hassle then its all worth.

The bills all come out of a join account unfortunately, so even if we were to boycott it, its another lad who set it up who would get stung by it. This is the first time iv ever lived in a house (Uni accommodation last few years) so we are all learning from these mistakes!

well i would start blocking his ports then if he refuses to limit his bandwidth. screw him.
