what doesn't it do that you want it to?
You can always overclock your E6600 a bit.
I'm holding off until i7/i5 get cheaper, 775 is a dead end now.
I've got too many systems (not all in sig) AMD & Intel all of which do what I need them to atm so I don't see the point in upgrading just for the sake of change.

I notice a number of Kustom Forum members post on Bit Tech as well
Based on that the only thing that you might want to upgrade is your GPU, as really for gaming you dont need a better CPU than what you have.
However I am holding onto my 8800GT until the newer DX11 cards begin to surface, or untill a 4870X2 drops to such a low price that I am lured to buying it! :-)
I currently game at a slightly higher res than 1920x1080 and dont have any difficulties...but then again, I dont play Crysis.
As previously suggested, you can OC your CPU if you want to get a bit more out of it. However I recently OC my Q6600 to 3.6GHZ and didnt notice any performance difference from the stock 2.4GHZ.
