    Suspected Graphics Card Issues

So last night I was watching a film on my PC whilst GPU folding when all of a sudden my PC crashed. I turned it off and then on again and it froze just as the desktop appeared. Frustrated, I left it off overnight and tried again in the morning hoping that a nice rest would make the problem go away - alas, the problem persisted.

So far I've discovered that Safe Mode works fine (it's what I'm using now) and I've deleted F@H from the start up folder. Interestingly, this delays the freezing by a couple of seconds (originally it froze immediately after the desktop appears, but now I can move the mouse around a bit before it then freezes.)

Does this seem to be an issue with the graphics card to you? Further information about it: a tad over 1 year old, usually runs at stock, recently (last week) overclocked to 700MHz core (stock is 600MHz) and 1000MHz memory (stock is 900MHz) and it has an aftermarket cooler (fitted a couple of weeks ago).

I'm not really sure what to do, hence why I've come here to gather opinions from other Hexites

Could just be that drivers have gone bad? Wipe them in safe mode then restart.

    Remove the overclock first.

    Re: Suspected Graphics Card Issues

Reinstalling the drivers appears to have done it!

I don't think I had the option of removing the overclock on the graphics card back in safe mode.
