IF you were going to upgrade i'd also say get a AXP-M but make sure its a 1.4v version before buying.

I'd say it is a decent upgrade as A64s have got 1/2 yrs to go before they become as affordable. You will certainly (99.9% ) get it to 2.2ghz on stock cooling, it should reach 2.3/2.4ghz with a half decent aircooler & if your lucky it may make it to the dizzy hights of 2.5+ ghz

Around about 19000 with a 9800 Pro at stock & 2.5GHZ.
